5' Our athletic plant is reputed to be one of the best equipped in all West Texas. Always expanding, the campus has grown rapidly inthe past few years. Lion Stadium andthe Davidson Memorial Gymnasium have both been dedicated within the last few seasons. Each is equipped with the best materials available. T l J, SPORTS an integral part of the American way of life and a part of our school and our year. Our sports build bodies, but more important they build character, confidence and self-control. From the first time we are on a softball or football team down in the elementary school, we work at sports and love them for there's no thrill quite like winning a race, or sinking a beautiful shot, whether it's in the P.E. class or the dist-rict play-off.

J.A. PELTO LARRY WILKIN Coach Wilkin came to Ozona this year after t coaching the backfieldat Mexia High School. He made the All-State team while at Kilgore Junior College. He received a B.S. degree from Texas Wesleyan College, where he played outstanding football. CHARLES WOMACK A graduate of Trinity University, Mr. Wo- mac k coached Junior' High football and basketball,andalltrackteams. He received a B.S. in Physical Education from Trinity. One of his big moments came last summer when he went to the N.A.A.A. track meet as member of the Texas team. MRS. CHARLES WOMACK Like her husband, Mrs. Womack holds a B. S. degree in Physical Education from Trinity. She participated in all sports, especially intennis. She coaches all Junior and Senior Qu R High School girls sports.
