It is a direct outgrowth of the Gospel Team which was organized in 1923. It has probably accomplished more this year than it has in any previous year of its existence. - q7le primary purpose of the organization is to help develop the ministerial students so that they will he more useful in their life work. This year the O. VV. M. A. has even farther in its endeavor to carry out this purpose. It has offered a special course of study designed to give the ministerial student training in the things that will malce him successful. Problems which other preachers have been confronted with and have had to' work out were explained in this course. For this purpose pastors who have been especi- ally successful in certain phases of their ministery were invited to come here and give to the organization the various methods which they employed and to which they attribute ' their success. This course has proved to he very successful. The members have received an unlimited amount of good from it. Besides this, the O. W. M. A. has endeavored to encourage the life Work movel- ment among the students. In this they have also heen very successful. All Who have come in contact with Ozark Wesleyan life have 'felt the Christian influence which this organization has endeavored to extend. Ralph MCK.
