C hrist a living factor in the lives of III I' A11 the college girls. i 'Ile meetings have been interesting and helpful: not only in knowledge gained but 'I' in training for leadership. There are over fifty members. each girl taking an active I I part on some committee. I9 Several social events have been held during the year. The first was the Big ' Sisters' Reception, at which all the new girls were welcomed into O. W C. The N work of the Association was explained and the girls were invited to join. I I At Christmas time the girls met at the home of their sponsor, Miss- McCormick. cg: in Each girl brought a toy or a doll. and the time waspspent in packing Christmas boxes for I the poor kiddies of the city. I One of the big achievements ofthe Y. W. C. A. since moving into the new building has been to furnish a girlls rest room. The room is furnished in a charming manner., and has become a favorite gathering place for girls in school. The Y. VV. C.
