Today's freshman and junior high teams will be tomorrowls varsity stars. With the future in mind, they work unceasingly to increase their unity. The development and perfection of these skills signifies individual rewards as Well as team honors. Hosting Ozark's first conference tournament for eighth and ninth grade teams, these junior Tigers are experienc- ing the opportunities and responsibilities of tomor- roW's athletes. Distance runner, Woody Weter, runs the mile. The Ozark Track Team has participated in six varsity meets and four freshman meets. The most outstanding accomplish- ment for the year was the second place finish by the freshmen in the Central Ozark Track Meet. Records were established in all track and field events except three. The varsity squad scored 104 points in the six varsity meets with 80 of the points scored by underclassmen. The Junior High Track Squad took first place in a quadrangular meet, a triangular meet, and a dual meet.
