',.-?T?1.r A ,naman A 5 Mx --- ' THE STUDLNT ADVISORY BOARD The S.A.B. was organized at the first of the school year to voice the opinions of the students as to im- provements of the building, repairs needed, advice to teachers, and to present convocationsl programs each Nednesday morning, for the benefit of the high school student body. This group, comnosed of the class officers, has been very active and has accomplished a qreat many things, It is hoped that a new body will be organized next year to carry on the work of this year's 3.A.B, THE RIFLE CLUB The Rifle Club was organized in January 19L7 The of ficers that were elected were the following boys Instructor Mr Clark President Harlan Craw, Jr Vice president Haskell Peer y secretary Cecil Frey Treasurer Jim Wilkins Executive officer Ramie Peercy There are eleven members in the organization Rifle practice is held every week and accuracy has improved very much since the first practice All pupils that are in the eighth grade or above are eligible to join EXPLORER QCOUT PCbT 17 The Explorer scout Post was organized on February 12, 19l+7 There are Nine Charter Members in the Post Meetin s are held on each Wednesday night at the school house We have been studying on Hirst Aid and we have been doing some work on advancement Our officers are Crew Leader, Don Oneal, scribe, Haskel Peercy, and Quarter Master, Jerry Scott Our scoutmaster and Assis tant Scoutmaster are Ross Tipton and cena Peercy 'L w5yq7U, x'Q42!Q: N K V ig, A 1 I I, 31 A Mel .I e ' - , A - , , 'X ' ' 3 Sf . 1 I: .. ,-gp 3 - I? . ,O .
