CLASS OFFICERS President—Pam Bartle Vice-President—Scott Begeal Secretary—Mel Collins Treasurer—Dena Diamond CLASS HISTORY As we, the class of 1984, finish out our last year in high school, we are eagerly looking forward to what the future holds for us. But we are leaving behind many memories that made our years here happy ones. As Freshmen, John Baumgartner was our President while Craig Diamond served as our Vice President. Our Secretary was Pam Gates, and handling the money was Debbie Barber. We sold beach towels to start off our account, and we became the richest Freshman class ever. During our Sophomore year John Baumgartner returned as President with a new second in command—Jim Washington. Jean Hafelin was our Secretary and Beth Fisher our Treasurer. To increase our funds we sold cal- endars and had a Sadie Hawkin's dance. In our Junior year returning once more as President was John Baumgartner, and Craig Diamond reclaimed his vice-presidency. Chris Mott kept the notes while Pam Bartle managed the money. Our prom song was Love Me Tomorrow which was played by Firefox. Maureen McBride was the Prom Queen and was escorted by Mike Honkomp. The princesses were Mel Collins and Pam Gates, respectively. As Seniors Pam Bartle took over as President with Scott Begeal as Vice-President. Mel Collins was our Sec- retary and Dena Diamond our Treasurer. We had our Homecoming on the football field and Lisa Crandall was elected Queen. She was escorted by Matt Lyford. First Princess was Mel Collins and Second Princess was Pam Bartle. Craig Diamond will be leaving as an exchange student to the Phillipines. We had four happy years at Oxford High but now it's time to go out and see what the future holds for us. 16
