success. We gals played games, listened to vocal solos by some of our budding blues singers, and danced to Miss Dondero's playing. And of course we ate. ' - October 13. Barb Scarlett was in charge of the first studt assembly today. Jane Beebe and Paul Ferris, both graduates of O. H. S., came back to lead us in yells and singing. ' ,October 20. The day before the Saginaw game, so a pep meeting was in orderf Bobbe Ferris took charge and Charley Marshall, Peg Hall, and Janey Wiggins fthe nutsll donned football uniforms and warbled a few ditties. The Big Four , our new corps of girl cheer leaders, broke in their new outfits and led us in a mess of lusty yells. . October 31. The Senior all-class brawl kept me out too late tonite. Dowling again obliged. During intermission we hoof-slingers were enter- tained by a program of dancing and music. Larry Coy and Betty J eiords danced, Grace Terry and Lela Mae Frappier played their squeeze-boxes, and Gertrude Clark sang. November 1.
