You ask why we are so illustrious? You may credit it to our school spiritf-we form the most. active part of any organization in which we deign to take part. VVith such prominent leaders as Lawrence Winslow, Dominic Cifovello, Betty Lue Brott, Juanita Barnes, Fred Geller, and Clarke Fitts backing it up, you won't want to miss the really greatest social event of the year, Of course, I mean the Prom. But our ability doesn't end there. The class of 1039 is noteworthy in its versatility. lixaminations leave us unruffled. Patricia Keefe, Jeanette Spencer, and Barbara Hol- lister lead the rest of us with banners flying. In sports, too, we can fill the bill. Dominic Covello and Larry Winslow, among others, carry the torch for the boysewhile Alma Yicario, an all-around athlete, and Jane Greene are the pride of our hearts. In our Freshman year, we told you to Hwatch our smoke. In our Sophomore year we went through the adolescent stage. Now-we feel ready, willing, and able to take over responsibilities befitting our station.
