DEDICATIO D To the 'Seniors of Tomorrow who will have the same problems, the same opportunities and follow the same paths as we have, we the Seniors of 1959 proudly dedicate THE RAM. We hope that you will remember the many pleasant things that have happened to you. They didn't just happen--you, through your right way of doing things, brought about pleasant memories. You possibly remember some incidents that were not so pleasant, such as being needlessly late or absent, or failing to do necessary assignments. Memories of these events are not so pleasant. These things have all been steps in learning how to live with people. Let us hope that we have learned by the things done well to continue them in that manner and by those done poorly to have im- proved ourselves for the future. 1 7 SUPERI TE DENT'S MESSAGE by MR. B .f , 1, ,fy ., ,' ', .- As this school year draws to a close it will become a milestone in the lives of all, but especially to our graduating seniors. For you it will mean an explanation of the many avenues leading to successful employment: entrance into college, teclmical schools, business colleges, and other vocational training establishments. As you continue your training ever increasing requirements in this complex, highly competitive again encourage you to set your goals high. Always remember that hard work, discouragement and sacrifice are to be expected in any worthwhile endeavor. We hope that you have received the type of basic education whichwill enable you to compete favorably with students from other schools both large and small, throughout America. You, the graduating class, will serve as the criteria for evaluating our school system. Your success or fail- ure, to a large extent will reflect the achievements of your high school career. May we wish each of you the best in happiness and success. To our retuming student body goes our renewed plea for continued cooperation and hard work in helping The optimum in any educational endeavor canbe achieved only through the full cooperation of students, teachers, board of education and patrons.
