Sr. Bill Mercer and Jr. Andy Fitzpatrick were both ranked sixth in state for their weight class in the pre- season rankings. In the state toumament, Bill and Andy both finished in seventh place. Wrestling is a sport that re- quires great balance as well as strength and stamina. Dave said, We really set our season up well, with strong individual and team goals. Head coach Greg Maestas said, They are a close-knit group of friends who have been wrestling together for a long time.
