What with prices for milady's clothes soaring so high these days, the Mer- cians in the top picture seem to be converting the old adage of HA stitch in time saves nine into the newer one of HA stitch of mine saves money, much money. Enthusiasm reigned high this year with Mercian biologists, who took part in so many unusual experiments, attractive biological displays.
