Pan American Day was made a gala occasion at Our Lady of Mercy High School by the members Of the French and Spanish classes, with their pre- sentation of a gay assembly, consisting of a pageant in which all of the twenty- one republics South-of-the-border were represented. The program was made very colorfui by interesting dialogue, flashing original costumes, unique dances, and the rhythmical music of a talented trio who made use 01 the accordian, drum, and moroccos to lend much harmony throughout the program.
