From the first drop of sweat in August to the last piece of mud scraped from their cleats in November, the spirit of the 1962-63 OLV foot- ball team remains tuned to a high pitch. The long hours of practice are momentarily forgot- ten when the first Viking squad to play under the lights of inter-state competition, runs out on the field. The endless repetition and constant practice pay off in the end with the tremendous ability and power which are exhibited by the Vikings.
