Under the direction of Sister Jane Marie, the Choral Club performs for the student body at several assemblies. It presents two recitals, one at Christmas, and another with piano students during May. The group sings traditional carols at Elmwood Home for the aged at Christmas. For the first time, they travel to the San Antonio Mu- sic Festival from which they return with an EXCELLENT rating. Choral Club rehearses ln Catacombs before Christmas program Choral Club presents program at Spring Recital. Eddye Vivian Pierce sings solo at Christmas program. Sr. Mary Vianney, Mary Gostomski, Kem Migues, and Linda Doane add finishing touches to a Christmas mural. Cheerleaders Spark Enthusiasm When any Sports event takes place the Cheerleaders are in the midst of the competition to spur the team on to victory. At the close of last year's term, the excitement of their election heightened school spirit, Attendance at the S, M, U, Cheerleader's Workshop last summer prepared these students to suc- cessfully lead the student body in backing the school teams.
