Bishop Gorman recites spe cial prayers of the dedi- cation of a school. High School Dedicated His Excellency, The Most Rev. Thomas K. Gorman, Bishop of Dallas-Fort Worth officiated at the formal dedication of Our Lady of Victory High School on Sunday, May 6, 1962. After the formal prayers and blessing of school and faculty residences Frank Mills presided as Master of Ceremonies at a program in the auditorium where guests heard Dr. Louise Cowan, Head of Humani- ties Division at the University of Dallas, speak on importance of Catholic education. The program closed after a few words from Bishop Gorman. Bishop Gorman blesses classrooms in Boys' Divi- sion.
