Science Reveals a World of Wonder Biology projects for the Science Fair are the topic of an after-school conference between Sister Mary Boniface and Mrs. Elenore Ross. Answering questions concerning the behavior of man, animals, plants, and inanimate objects is the task of the science department. Biology answers our queries about living organisms. Physics tells of the behavior of matter and energy, while in chemistry we learn of the com- position of matter and the changes it under- goes. As our knowledge of science grows, we more fully understand ourselves and the world in which we live. Squeamish expressions on the faces of Andrea Peterson, Mary Ellen Bosznski, and Pat Molloy mirror the feeling of most biology students toward dissecting. 16
