Mercians eagerly await the arrival of every U issue of each publication. The Newsprint alerts Mercians to coming events and gives the highlights of all im- , portant happenings. The end of the school year brings the Raymunda and the yearbook fresh from the printers to the hands ot waiting Mercians. The very best in literary accomplishments are displayed in the Raymunda. Prize winning poetry and excellent essays and short co-EDITORS: stories are all contained in it. The yearbook, the OLM Lore, recalls each event in the school year, whether scholastic, social, or cultural. It is a Mercian's memory book. Margaret Murray and Carolyn Mirek. Newsprint Stott Rciymundo S Q I NEWSPRINT editorial staff tackled proofreading and dummy paste- up as they prepared to put out another issue of their AII CathoIic ,- All American school paper. Copy goes through the final stages before printing in the hands of typists. Circulation staff members prepare mailing lists for speedy delivery to subscribers. Regardless of age or variety of interests, Mercy pro- vides a club to suit the needs ot every girl. Organizations WW range from service to musical clubs and includes several pre-professional groups. Professional speakers, trips, charitable proiects, club- sponsored dances, and many other activities are arranged to make each meeting an interesting and informative period.
