From the ancient chant down to the present day, the Church has been the guardian of this great art, even in secular fields. Since beauty is a reflection of the Eternal, music as an art can lead us closer to God. Taking advantage of this truth, OLM offers students a variety of music courses. Chorale students learn the essentials of music and inter- pretation and display their achievements in the annual Christmas Cantata and Spring Operetta. The Orchestra plays at school functions and at their concert - the fruit of hours of study and practice received by Orchestra members in private lessons. Supplementing these activi- ties is a music appreciation course whose main objective is to develop an appreciation of music as an art The center of our literary world is the library Library Science affords the students an opportunity to learn the practices of a library and the duties of a librarian i Library Science Parents were lbll M Ill llbrixty Procedures in action on Parents Night Here Sigur Mgyy Iggy gg lamed the Deity Doclllll Sytilm ,gs I , I . . .. . .
