The will to succeed in scholastic undertakings urges Mercians to maintain this high caliber. The Melting Pot ol O.L.M.'s Activities Student Council Student Council-melting pot of O.L.M. activities. Here at Mercy, where a multitude of functions continually present them- selves, chaos is averted by the well organized influence of the Student Council governing body. With an executive body of officers and representatives as its hub, the Council reaches out into all branches of student government. Student Council Representatives, elected by members of each homeroom, strive to stimulate student ideas, form sugges- tions into positive action and to present administrative programs to the student body.
