stable Now he was a given a name that of Caral1s1a II after a famous race horse whom he looked like C2f3l1Sl2 was allowed to roam the pastures but he wished more than any thing to be back in Wyoming His first race was a great disappointment but through gentle training he at last learned how to spurt and to save breath for a faster finish Overnight the sport page was shouting h1s name He held the world s record for the tvso mile track He was called a horse w1th a heart The west wanted to race against this horse They vowed that their Ocean Bisquit could outlive and outrun any horse that lived A spcecial race was to be held in the East for the two kings Caral1s1a II was put into a special stall so he would not be bumped on the yourney He rode for five or six hours in the slow freight in more or less of a stupor Sud denly the freight stopped and the livestock were led out to be watered and fed before continuing the trip Caral1s1a looked around him the air denly realized where he was Back in Wyom mg' He leaped high in the air broke away from his trainer and made a dash for freedom He ran faster than he had ever run in his life The trainer stood petrified and pointed to a departing figure bobbing along the horizon Get him he gasped but they all knew it was useless The owner flew out vu est and formed a posse to hunt for Caral1s1a Il They searched the hills for months with no trace of the horse Then one night they saw in the distance a slim gray horse leading a herd He jumped and soared with the grace that could only be long to Caral1s1a II The owner s first thought was to gallop after the horse and by some means or other recapture him Something held h1m back His Caral1s1a seemed so happy Never had he seen a horse go so crazy with the Joy of freedom One of the cowhands saw h1m staring and asked if that gray was Caral1s1a II No that s not my Caral1s1a said the own own horse and rode slowly away Uur P0 imma AN INTRIGUING CHARACTER UR PosrMAN is an optimist Every day is sunny to him His cheery Good morning' Lovely morning' never varies except if lt IS pouring ram or blowing a gale In such a case IC IS modified a bit with Good morning' Wet isnt it?
