Glee Club You may not be a Patrice Munsel or a Rise Stevens, but if you have the combination of a fairly good voice, a love of singing, and an alertness for fine details, the Glee Club will accept your application! Sister Mary Denis is the director, and whether the club sings at concerts, shows, assemblies, or graduation, 'tis guaranteed that it will be worth while listening. Art Club With charcoal and paint, crayon or chalk, our artists imitate the masters or perfect their own creations. This opportunity to improve their skill is afforded them in the Art Club con- ducted by Sister Mary Constance, under whose guidance their talents are directed and developed. Here Cleftj the editors, Betty Wahl, Mary Gilmartin, and Edith Fasano, carefully select pictures that tell the story of the year at O.L.M.A. QBelowj Betty Wahl and Andrea Magion- calda represented O.L.M.A. at the Villanova Press Conference. Betty's topic on the Year Book Panel was Senior Write- Ups, Headings and Cap- tions, while Andreas on the Press Panel, was Dis- tribution of Work on the School Paper. Ulmanac The Olmanac has received First Honors from the Catholic School Press Association. Mem- bers of the staff are to be compli- mented for their consistent work in maintaining its Catholic tone, particularly in the fields of edi- torial writing and coverage of school news. 79

Catholic Action and Mission Club .wwss-ffwtww as - Dressed in the costumes of various countries, members of the Mission Club remind us that missions all over the world need our prayers und finan- cial support. Linda Renner, at a special Mission Assembly, explains to the student body lust how holy pictures can be used to spread the faith of Christ, Learning how to make an Ad- vent Wreath is but one of the many projects of the zealous Catholic Action Club. The symbolic wreath now completed, it is lit and the designated prayers are said in preparation for the advent of Christ.
