I :W if AMW Mind our business A one year business course at Lakes could turn in- to a lifetime career for students who try. This year's Typing I and II classes didn't have much space dur- ing the hour to goof off. Mr. McCandless was always busy teaching the students a necessary skill they will use for the rest of their lives. With his trusty tape recorder and business background, he faithfully taught his class day after day. In accounting, the students learned the valuable skills of balancing a budget and being able to fill out an income tax form. Practical matters like these were taught by Mr. Bronz. He's a newcomer to the Lakes staff but fits in perfectly. Drafting was taught by Mr. Gurk. Students learned how to do mechanical drawings and many types of designs and blueprints.
