jAI 0lfLgA jdffll Lal' 'Sparklmg moments laden wzth rherxslzvd memorws Good Counsel splrlt predommatlng FRESHMAN YFAR 'CHATTERING AND NERVOUS we file through the portals of Good Counsel for the first time September 1943 Mother Theresa Vincent assigns us to the three famous Freshman sections member how bewildered we felt ln those same famlllar halls when we first show d our puzzled faces among crowds of upper classmen9 lt doesn t take us long to feel at home we make them slt up and l1s ten to the freshles at those pep rallies and football games strains of Let the Chant of Praise fill the school every Fri day afternoon til the school became the agaln ralsed ln son, to welcome our be loved pastor Father Hennesey we all make our formal appearance ln those freshman assemblies Have vou ever seen the Chrlstmas Carol presented better than bv the C girls 9 Remember how the bell would rlng and whiz we d all disappear?
