I ertuo Street Qpen ouoe Many new and fascinating inx entions have made then dt but in the twentieth century There have been the automobile the radio, the telephone, and the airplane None, however rt ceived more publicity or popularity than the world s latest rage television While pondering over a theme for this yearbook, the an nual staff was surprised to see how much life at OLA resembled television For four yeais, we have been enacting a drama of life In Act I, as freshmen, we were constantly worried about arriving in the right classrooms We stood in awe of seniors Wfhen we were sophomores, school took on a new meaning as we greeted our year old acquaintances In the third act we were called up per classmen and then we rated a Junior prom In Act IV the white cap and gown will serve as a climax to a thrilling play Our schedule has been as varied as that which appears on interest We ourselves have produced comedy Qfreshie dayl and tragedy Csemester exams Our directors, headed by Sister Hortense and father Ed win have presented to us the proper acting techniques for prt stntation on the Screen of Life If wt ust our talents to the best of our ability and actin ac coidance with the will of the Eternal Producer, someday surely we shall all meet as leading characters in tht glorious Grand I malt And so vuth ont light burning the lamp of remembranct let us turn the knob to Channel I, there to meet the directors and pnoducers of our play IJORIS Ktfl 1 lx fflztm .
