Our pastors have brightened our livesg they have gladdened our livesg they have extended our opportunities for good by their generous self sacrifice and assistance in making a Catholic High School education pos- sible for us. We have put forth the effort to cooperate with our beloved teachers in their earnest endeavors to teach us to evaluate properly the lights and shades of life-their endeavors to have us live supernatural lives in Christ. The pen of Tertullian, famed apologist of early Christian times, may say for us: We are not strangers to life. We are fully aware of the gratitude we owe to God, Our Lord and Creator. We reject none of the fruits of His Handiworkg we only abstain from their immoderate or unlawful use. . Grateful in the possibilities our pastors have secured for us, we go forth, our lives the expression of our gratitude. Happily the bond of pastoral union does not cease. The priestly care, the priestly benediction goes with us to bless our endeavors, to help us to the fullest realization of our part in life.
