The long awaited goal which the class of '55 has now achieved. All through our years of education we have eagerly looked forward to our goal. It has not always been an easy road, but with the helpful aid of our under- standing teachers, fellow classmates and our ad- visor, Mr. Dougherty, we feel we have obtained our goal successfully. Valuable experience, new friendships and much excitement have helped us through the extra-curricular activities that have been offered to us. We have found it enjoyable to be behind our school in loyalty and school spirit. The ex- change students brought to us every year, have helped us have a better understanding of world fellowship. Next year some of us will further our educa- tion through college, go into armed forces, or seek employment. None o! us feel we know for sure what our future holds in store for us, but what- ever it may lx . our experience gained at O. II. S. should help us be good citizens for our country. We sail on the ship of ambition, and hope to anchor in the harbor of success. Our class, proud of it’s three valuable years here, leaves high school with all the fond and happy memories in our hearts and minds. Pace 10
