PROM . . FRIENDS . . DANCES . . GRADUATION . . GREAT TIME! all the classes worked on — getting more school spirit back at O-E. It was a concern that everyone f' faced, and they all gave their best to accomplish this. The younger students came into the school year with all the enthusiasm characteristic of their classes. They channeled this high-energy feeling into school spirit, contributing a lot to the atmosphere here at O-E. Meanwhile, the older ones developed a sense of spirit through all the activities, organizations, and other forms of involvement in which they took part. Much was done to make their activities more exciting. Despite the “generation gap between classes, they all worked together to make the high I • school a brighter place. There's a friendly rivalry between the different classes that ensures things at O-E will never be boring and that all their coming activities will be rewarding. ■: 2. 1992 1991 1990 1989 1988

Since we began school, our roles have been constantly changing. Now we play the roles of seniors; and for us, this production is coming to an end. As graduation draws nearer and the curtain prepares to close, we are readying ourselves for the parts we will play as we each advance beyond this performance. These upcoming roles will provide us with new and different challenges. Conquering each, we help ourselves rise to superstardom; but, all of that is ahead of us. For now, people will just look at the entire cast of the Class of '87 and remember our 5-star performance! 19
