Wendy Cameron was elected 1980 May Day Queen with her court being Debbie Plasterer, Jenara Frasure, and Kerrie Wagner. A season of stiff competition made the team work as a unit and try harder. Gtterbein was eliminated in the first round of the tournament by Capital, 8-15, 15-12, 7-15. The team played very well but the serving hurt them. The outlook tor next year is bright because there were six underclassmen who saw quite a lot of playing time this season. Volleyball ! 81 With a strong list of competitors, the basketball turned out to be a challenging one. Individual ef- forts combined to unite the team for winning games. But according to the Board of Trustees the fraternity was officially disbanded. After being put on probation, that final party did it. No longer could Zeta Phi be an official fraternity on campus.
