CLASS PROPHECY One day, in the spring of 1956, Doctor Butts and her nurse, Miss Norton, having finished an operation were talking about the class of '46. Let's listen: Bob Kirby and Kenneth Steiner are now operating an inter-city cab company between Terre Haute and Chicago via the Springfield route. jo Ann Cliver, who is an np and coming draftsman is still waiting for junior to come back from the draft. Imia Callecod has finally settled down to bungalow keeping after 8 years of bookkeeping. Betty Riggs is now a missionary in the dark jungles of Africa. john Pruitt who is still a handsome bachelor now owns his own do-nut shop. Wayne Neese is still trying to catch a wife with his post office tactics. Admiral NValter Bartlett is now in command of the south Pacific, General. Carty and Dabelow as advisors. Dick Laney and his all girl band starring Virginia Snow as vocalist is competing with Waneta Murdock's band for a part in producer-director Bob Iohnson's new movie. Prof. Leon Harder is now teaching Math. at a large Eastern college. Bob Trout is the most outstanding student and basketball player at this same college. Barbara Elliott is still chasing rainbows. Carl Orth is now governor of South Carolina. After giving up his position as mayor of Sandcut, Roland Modlin is now mayor of Peach Grove, Califomia. Delores Sodora and Tootsie now have several little tootsie rolls. Ida Carson is still pursuing some one at Oakwood College. Charles Gambill is still making his regular trips to Rosedale. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Hayne live in Spelterville with their little daughters. Phyllis Houston, Thelma Hamilton, and Virginia Doyal have now started the new P. H. D. Drug Stores, Inc. Waneta Lemrick and Margie Smith now run a large fashion shop in the large metropolis of Bumett. Pearman and Meehan Inc. is now the largest ice plant this side of the North Pole. Sue Wassil is now a supervisor at St. Anthony's School of Nursing. Norma F euquay Edwards and Billie Kyle Price and families now live peacefully as neighbors in Arizona.
