JUNIOR CLASS Second Row: Harriet Weaver, Bobby Beach, Betty Clark, Paul Brennan, Bonnie Goedde, Brice Nelson, Marlene Oglesbee, Jim Klinger, Ruth Salsburey, Jim Cavanaugh, Mary Ann Closson, and Mr. Wolfe. First Row: Raymond Coleson, Ann Foster, Robert Perkey, Nancy Howe, Bill Roberts, Beverly Strite, and Robert Stover. The busy junior Class still has the distinction of having an even number of boys and girls in our class. This year we have two new members, Bob Stover and Betty Clark from Columbus Grove and Continental respectively. Early in September we acquired what all juniors look forward tog that was our class rings. On October 28th our class had a Chili Supper and a Bingo Party. Many people came and enjoyed a pleasant evening. Then on November 12 and 13, after many hours of rehearsal, we presented our class play, No More Homework. Early in the fall we canvassed Ottawa and the surrounding communities for a paper drive. During the basketball season we had the concessions at the gym, which increased our treasury. On March 12th, our class sponsored a Disc Jockey Dance with Clif Willis and Mike May. A nice crowd from many schools attended. Our class this year has taken an active part in all the school activities such as one-act plays, contest play, music, athletics, and many others. We gave the George Washington Assembly and the Easter Chapel with Reverend Thomas. We have been very busy with the junior-Senior Prom and Banquet, which will be April 30. 24
