How can you say together is better when Jim and Susan just broke up and feel a whole lot better? Of course “together is better! How would we make it through the day without the help of our friends and teachers? Especially when a teacher explains everything as clear as mud? Remember all the football games that everyone huddled together to keep warm? The frozen lips that couldn't make a sound come out of your horn, or the frozen hands that had lost all feeling after cheering the football team on to victory? Remember the crowded bleachers at all the games when you wanted to kick the little punks (grade school children) out of the high school cheering block? How about the weekends when everyone crowded in the Town Pump to socialize the friends? Well, I guess we finally get the point that Together Is Better! I hope that you will continue to find togetherness as you finish the remaining pages of this yearbook. Knowing that their working together will produce a beautiful prom, Nick Doepker, Tricia Kirkendall, Donna Nienberg, Wendy Meyer, and Vicky Conn take a break. During a bonfire tradition before an important football game, Mr. Stokes encourages the team to victory.
