CLASS SONG.-MV SONG I'm gonna sing my song And sing it all day long A song that never ends. How can I tell you All the things inside my head? The change in these past years Has made me see our world In many different ways. How can I tell you Love can change our destiny? Love can change your world. Love can change your life. Do what makes you happy. Do what you know is right. And love with all your might Before it's too late. Where did I find all these words? Something inside me is burning. There's life in other worlds Maybe they'll come to earth. Helping man to find a way. Musical Interlude Solemn Pomp and Circumstance. Long straight rows of blue and white. Sober, unsmiling tradition. Tradition has its place. But how unlike us it is To be so reverent. Graduation is a time for elation, and with My Song We express our joy, Our hopes, our dreams. Our rebirth. Such sky-high goals-The goals that are ours! God has given to each of us-In the Class of 1973-Wings on which to soar Into the spacious firmaments. We sing of greatness, We shout jubilance. Row two: Cindy Kistler, Karen Wurth, Sue Yaufman, Mary Jo Drerup, Mike Schec Julie Niese, Elaine Reed. Kevin Scheckelhoff Mary Jo Drerup SPEAKERS Pam Bockrath Linda Hathaway One hundred sixty-five Seniors marched at the May 27, 1973 Commencement exercise to receive their long-awaited diplomas. Graduation Day brought these proud students to the end of their twelve cherished school years. Class speakers expressed the many remembered events and heartfelt emotions of this day and other memorable school days. Kevin Scheckelhoff, Class President, presented the class remarks. Pam Bockrath spoke on the academic benefits of Ottawa-Glandorf while Mary Jo Drerup reminisced extracurricular events. Linda Hathaway presented the vocal interlude during My Song .
