In an ape when dissent is prevalent, when civil disobedience is the rule, when moral values arc questioned and “God is dead ’ — you pupils of OGHS are to be commended. Your conduct in school and your sportsmanship at extra-curricular activities have drawn unsolicited praise from educators and lay citizens who have come into contact with you. You are not pupils preparing to live as law-abiding citizens. Rather, vou are currently living as law abiding citizens in your school life. When others are attempting to “drop-out of society and destroy the home, the church, the school, and the nation;— you are “dropping-in” to the mainstream of society and strengthening these institutions. To you seniors, I thank you for your leadership and ask that you continue to lx builders in your new roles after graduation. To you underclassmen. I only ask that you follow in the footsteps of the alumni who have worked hard to make OGHS the prestige school it has become in four short years.
