SQ i2 MCKEJ The sophomore class entered school this year with an enroll- ment of 34 students, 14 girls and 20 boys. For their officers they chose the following: Betty Manahan, presidentg Betty Kerbs, vice presidentg Irene Gleissner, secretaryg Bennie Keller, treasurerg and Marlin McCurdy, student council representative. Motto--Hitch Your Wagon to a Star Flower--American Beauty Rose Sponsor--Miss Meckfessel Colors--Blue and White Although the activities of the sophomore class are somewhat limited they have proven the fact that they are an alert and ener- getic group of students who will compose the junior class next year. So, while their duty this year has not centered much spotlight on them, great things are expected of them during the next two years.
