This year was no exception. As we entered the school door this fall, we were greeted by a new person with a friendly face. This was Mr. Watson, our new principal. During the year we became better acquainted with him, but few of us realize the time and effort that he has put forth for the students. Many nights the lights were burn- ing in Mr. Watson's office as he was planning various ideas to im- prove our school. We would like to tell him how we appreciate his endeavors. Now, as we finish another year of school, we would like to give Mr Watson a warm Thanks .. .. A 2 I . ' Q 9 , . . ,- - O , , 5' Us 1 l . . ' ...wg 7 , 1. . Members of the drama club helped with the play in various ways lights makeup tickets props ect. We know without them the play couldn t have gone on. The Drama Club has also had one party this year. It was held at the house of one of our members JoAnn Petersen. Each member of the club and their date was invited. They played games danced and had refreshments. I think this party was considered a success also. So far this year the drama club has done quite well in all they have tried to do and we express our sincere thanks to our advisor, Mr. Ashen, for all he has helped us with. We hope that any of you that might be interested in the field of drama, and who do not belong to our club will join next year. They are: Shirley Christensen Buzz Hjelm Earl Fegert Eldon Blanton Perry Holton and Brent Smith. The future of the Huskies will indeed be carried on in fine style by the group of returning lettermen. It is 0 this group and to the boys who have played their last game for the Red and White of Othello that vue say Thanks boys' for a job well done. Page 67 Page 68 waifffff 1 M 1 ff af 1,52 WWW?
