Class Prophesy One day while Arlene Ackley Cnow Mrs. Felix Dunlopj was visiting with Mary L. Shaver Cnow Mrs. Howard Early, they were talking about former O.C.S. classmates that graduated with them way back in l95L. Arlene and Mary went up to the attic to find the yearbook of that Senior Class. While looking for it, they ran across a strange lamp. Mary began rubbing the dust from the lamp and a geni slowly floated from within and took fonm. In thunderous tones he said to them, HYou are my master, what is your command?n Temporarily speechless, the girls looked at each other, then replied timid1y,HWe were only looking for the l95b yearbook and didnt mean to bother youu. He said, HI know your wish, then. It is to go and see all your fonmer classmates. Your wish will be granted.U With this he started his story, and the girls listened, awe-struck, for, as he spoke, they could see all their old classmates as they were that day although they didn't move from the attic. The geni started by telling them that Mary Goble, now Mrs Morrie Reynolds, had four girls, and that Morrie still played at Tiny's. Merritt Rose lived in Oneonta after graduating from Morrisville Institute and is a very-prosperous watchmaker. Verna ewitt married Lloyd Stilson, and still writes to old aquaintanoes as a hobby. Bob Haney was working at a new bowling alley in Oneonta called Wknock Me Down Pins.H Jack Reed, still a bachelor, was owner of Green Valley Ranch in Laurens, and took over his father's business as a well driller. Gary Crewell now married to Pat Croujse and together they operated a chicken farm in Otego. Pete Sabedra now owned the Beacon Feed Store in Otego. He married his high school sweetheart, Claudine Sperryu Dennis 0'Mara lived in Mt. Upton and was doing a great job with his Taxidenmy Business. Ronnie Graves became Pastor of the Methodist Church in Otego, and married Millie Veen, Their triplets are now two years old. Caroline Lent has married Andre Ouimet and worked as a secretary at the Scintilla. Jack Callahan never married, and became Mayor of Wells Bridge. Ida Hotaling, also single,worked at Kipps Restaurant in Sidney. Keith Trask married Dawn Harvey and became a Baptist Minister in Sidney. Anita Norton married the son of the Binghamton Mayor, and teaches Home Ee. in the West Binghamton High. In New York we found Jim Locke HShooting a Rifle Trickfully , with the Monkey brothers Circus. Mary Hitchock, still single, and carrying a torch for Bob. She is working in the Waldorf Astoria Hotel as a waitress. Charlie Holmes has received a golden record for making the Otago Central School Alma Mater famous, and was happily married to Marjorie Downie. Robert Tuttle has written many Shakesperian style plays. He always did like. Shakespeare's works. He set up his studio on East A7th Street. Donald Shulz became Governor of New York State, enjoys himself vetoing bills. Keith Cox was seen as a well-known basketball star at Harvard University in Cambridge, Mass- achusettes. Lolo Mae Reed became owner of a fashion shop in Chicago and was still single. Delbert Wood made the Air Force his career. He was first Lieutenant stationed at big Springe, Texas. Professor Dean Hyatt taught Mechanics at the La Tourneau School and married Bobbie Jean Kimball years ago. Both are on the way to success. Lois Y-ager never married and is working as a Scintilla. Ruth Boyd, now Mrs. Donald Underwood, made her home in Japan teaching and helping Japanese children. Sylvester Lloyd was seen as a famous big game hunter in Africa. Instead of guns and ammunition, he uses a knife5that's Si, all right. Marian Rake was in India as a Missionary. She return- ed home this summer, and is now very well known. Melvin Rolph joined the Navy and it is now his career. He is following right in Daddy's footsteps. Sonja Thorsland just got engaged to Fritz, and ought to be married in five years, she has finally decided kissing is not a crime. Thelma Stilson married to Harold Martindale,and they are seeing the world in their long, long trailer. H WThis is what all the people you graduated with in 195A are doing, said the geni.
