Although we can look back upon those years with pride in our progress, we must remember that the work is un- finished. For progress is not static. We can measure its rate and determine its direction, but we must not view it as an accomplished fact. We stand today on the threshold of a period in which far greater accomplish- ments are not only possible but necessary. We must make a sound education available on a wider scale than ever beforeg and we must equip our young people so they are able to preserve the fine traditions and heritage of our democracy and extend its benefits and blessings Such a task is not easy It requires the best efforts of all of us Students, Alumni, and Faculty It requires support and guidance by the Board of Education and the people of Oswego But we can dedicate our best efforts to .U .J new ffm, ,A fag' ar e L Q, ' W' f I 'O' VX . ., ,.3- , ,lfitnywr ' Arr .r .fy . , A755 , r,aof -- v on V 'D no more fruitful purpose than this CARL H SHITH ROY STICE A Member 6 years ED LCEFFLER A Member b years 9. 1' HARRY B SLOAN Principal ETHEL JETT Home Economics DONNA CUITONGIM Commerc :al OPAL RIGG English Speech MARILYN PREDDY Music French RUTH WAY Mathemat ics H S Faculty unfun- In-ann: 1 :Annu ill III' Yi Ill 4 DALE E ROLLER MUSIC GEORGE NEWBERRY Shop Ji' ROBERT DOJNING Coach Sruence MIKE RCIEERS Coach History 1? ,I Seniors --7 LOIS LUCILE SRAHEX CT:-easurerh JERRY L GRAHAM CStudent Councilb -C. fl 43 THCHAS L HORN CP:-es1dentD Seniors 'sf lay 9,51 ,l BILLY VANCE BARBARA KAY RIGGS Secretary!
