Vernon solves a problem as Mr. Windmiller looks on. Mr. Fullhart explains the daily Arithmetic lesson to the Eighth grade. Our math program varies from General Math to Trig- onometry and College Algebra. The teachers do their best in teaching the students the eas- iest and most efficient way to complete the difficult com- putations. Awards in the Math Depart- ment were presented to Milton Gallmeyer for General Math, to Larry Stoppenhagen for Geometry, Danny Cotton for Algebra and to John Beck for higher Math. English + Literature Many Opportunities The students in English Literature are acting out one of Shakespeare ' s plays. Barbara Miller displays the poster she made in Latin Class. . Awards in the English Department were given to Scott Trenary for Freshman English, Ann Hunter for Sophomore English, Kathleen Thiele for Junior English, and Gwen Andes for Senior English. Mrs. Martin ' s seventh grade English class seems to be studying very hard.
