Under a new system of homeroom government, the Council set out to develop old projects and initiate new ideas. Among the Council's activities were the bookstore, which served the students year- around, Homecoming parade, Sno-Days and intramural sport's. Senior Jane Gu st and Junior Kathy Delaney represented Osseo at the State Student Council Convention, bring- ing back with them ideas to aid in the re- organization of the Skyline Student Council Workshop. This major project brought rec- ognition to the Council and t0 the school. All year the Council strived to develop a more highly representative Council to serve our growing school. Under able lead- ership, w0rking members attained these goals. SERVING THE STUDENT BODY, the Council maintains the bookstore. LEADING COUNCIL BUSINESS are M. Johnson, Sec.; J. Nelson, Pres.; S.
