Superintendent G. E. Rodeen has served as chief administrator of the Osseo Community Schools for five years. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Huron, South Dakota, and a Master of Education degree from the Univer- sity of South Dakota. Before coming to Osseo, Mr. Rodeen taught in the high school at Conde, South Dakota, and Belmont, Wisconsin. Married for fourteen years, Mr. and Mrs. Rodeen are the parents of three daughters. A veteran of the Ko- rean War, Mr. Rodeen enjoys flying as a pastime He also enjoys hunting and fishing. For eleven years, Mr. J. A. Leadholm has served on the O.H.S. staff. A graduate of River Falls State University, he received his Master's degree at the University of Minnesota. Teaching physical education and driver education, and coaching football, basketball, and track com- prised Mr. Leadholm's faculty position before he became high school principal. Changes he notes include the enrollment growth from 175 students to 270 students. Mr. and Mrs. Leadholm have been married for nine years and have three sons. Playing golf and water skiing fill Mr. Leadholm's leisure time. I-le served two years in the United States Navy. New in the position of Elementary Co-ordi- nator this year is Mr. Donald Barnes who was formerly a teacher in the Osseo School System. Following two years teaching at Foster, he taught sixth grade in Osseo before assuming his new duties. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from River Falls State University and Eau Claire State University. Currently, Mr. Barnes is working toward a Master of Arts de- gree at Winona State College. After being married, Mr. and Mrs. Barnes lived in Germany while he served with the Unit- ed States Army. They have three children, two sons and a daughter. I8
