Prlnclpol Kenneth V. Stephenson Having completed his first year in Oskaloosa, Kenneth V. Stephenson is now preparing to spend another year as principal of the High School. A graduate of Parsons college, he received his M. A. degree from the Univer- sity of Iowa.
