Second: We bequeath to our honorable Principal the right to punish by the liberal distribution of yellow excuses, by keeping the accused for hours in the High School jail. CThe main offieej, or by using his forceful voice an-d look to make the accused know that laws must be obeyed. We also delegate to him the right to imprison anyone who willfuly disobeys the rules wie have so faithfully made. Third: To the Faculty, our good nature ' '-man they use it freely.
