During the parade of i953 a new mixed chorus was organized under the direction of Mr. William Casilli. The chorus, consisting of members from the tenth, eleventh, and twelfth grades, chose as their officers for the ensuing year, Bud O'Brien, president, Matt Suplco, treasurer, Marion Kephart, secretary. At several assemblies during the school term the chorus sang for the stu- dent body and the faculty. They also entertained the members of the Parent- Teachers Association at their February meeting. On March 2nd they traveled to Moshannon Joint High School at Madera to perform at an assembly program. In the spring of the year the chorus gave a special spring festival for the public.
