Students loved hang- ing out at the local McDonalds. It looked like half the student body had passed through the parking lot at some time during the eve- ning. Although not all the students stayed in the O.H.S. area, many went to the hottest new dance place in the area, OFF LIMITS. 'am' Spending time dancing was a pas- time for teens. There were many other things students participated in over the weekend like: spending time with friends, spending time with family and also with boy- friends or girlfriends. Many students supported the home team at games and matches both on weekends and during the week. They had a wide range of sports to choose from: football, basketball, wrestling and track to mention just a few. Students real- ly enjoyed the company of their friends at these events as much as they did the games. Some people liked to get away from it all by going to their favor- ite park. In the north part of our zone, students hung out at Lake Seminole Park while those from St. Petersburg frequented Frank W. Pierce CBartlettJ Park. For most though, it was home- work that ate up the evening hours. After the dinner dishes were cleared, students hit the books. Only the unlucky ones for- got until the next morning. Many Warriors headed to a job right after school. Some students felt that they missed some fun, but that the experience and the extra cash were worth the effort. Some even earned enough to help put themselves through college. The nightlife was definitely prof- itable for many. alll During the week chorus students sing their hearts out in practice.
