Key To Success By: Rickey Ladd Changing and reshaping stu- dent life is the responsibility of the Student Council. They are the force behind Prom, Homecoming and other special events. Home- coming alone took over 60 hours of organization and the Junior Class spent much of the year or- ganizing the prom in the spring. Student Council was an organi- zation of students working for the students and achieving results beneficial to the entire student body. President Kathy said, Stu- dent Council is the political sector of our schoolf, One of the main goals of the Student Council was the promo- tion of school spirit. Voris said, I would like to see more people in- volved with Student Councilf, Another goal of Student Coun- cil was the establishment of a sense of pride in the Osceola tra- ditions. The Student Council was the backbone of activity and they always had the wheels turning to put some new plan or procedure into action.
