On November 20 and 21, the Osceola High Drama Club presented a play by Nor- man Corwin, The Rivalry , The play re-created the Lincoln-Douglas debates, with Rick Johnson portraying Abe Lincoln and Dennis Neumann as Stephan Douglas. Sadie Hawkins Dance On November 18, 1970 the FHA held their Annual Sadie Hawkins dance, 'I'he SUNSHINE WORLD provided the music. Snow Days Living in Wisconsin, we find we have a lot of snow. During the winter the high school stu- dents spend at least one week a year being jubilant about it. Snow Days 1971 was held from February 8-13, The week began with the building of snow sculptures by each class. An activity which aroused interest in the high school was the search for a me- dallion found by Mike Greene. Broomball Tournaments be- gan Saturday's activities. The boys' winning team was the Senior Super Jocks, captain - Charlie Wilberg. The girls' winning teams were the juniors, captain - Debby Neiderrnire, and the sophomores, captain - Diane Quist. Following the tournaments was a toboggan party at Cycle Park. A lunch was served for the participants. The week of festivities was climaxed with a dance.
