The constitution was ratified by the student body at the beginning of the school year, and elections were held in September. The purpose of the new constitution and student council is to provide communication between the students and the administration with the hope of developing better under- standing and cooperation. Its goal is a school where the students care and of which they can be proud. l.. 7 AwmmmvSMW JW' s Wwiiffjfiffri V W ,n,14,l JUt k W, ti? After most people picked them 6th or 7th, the Chiefs fought gallantly to upset Frederic and Unity to finish for third, with a 5-4 overall record. The team will be hurt next year by the graduation of 12 seniors, including all-conference players Bill Thiel, Bob Swank, and Ted Johnson. With an excellent group of underclassmen coming back, the team should be a con- tender again next year.
