Administration Five new faces appeared in teaching positions during the 1980-81 school year. They were Mrs. Erhart, Mr. Ernst, Miss Fraver, Miss Keane, and Mr. Ramsbottom. Three of these being coaches, many changes came about in our athletic program. Even though all five were probably a bit nervous in September, they hoped they would be accepted and fit in with the school system. By May, each one had done this very well. Meanwhile, the rest of the faculty was back to the same old thing. Such as Mr. Vant talking to his poster, Mr. Theis and Mr. Habben keeping up their reputation as being “tough, and Mr. Heck trying to find out who pulled the fire alarms on the seniors last day. All faculty members worked together to help each student at Osceola High School work to their full potential. Each teacher was always available for extra help if a student needed it. At the end of the year, besides receiving a quality education, most students were affected by some teacher in some way.
