Sophomores Seek New Horizons Sheila Boden Mike Bryan Steve Bryan Joel Carlson Cathy Coffin Kathie Dittmer Troy Dowling Danny Hayes Tami Hofbauer Andy Johansen This year’s sophomore class spent a lot of its time making money for next year’s Junior-Senior Prom, with their concession stands and chili feed, which replaced the traditional pancake feed. This class was honored by having Pat Wieseman participate in the State Wrestling Tournament in Lincoln. Stephanie Longenecker 12 The class sponsors are Mr. Marquart and Mr. Vrooman. Class officers are: Mike Bryan, President; Lorri Marsh, Vice-President; Dan Hayes, Secretary; and Jane Jarmin, Treasurer.

They have participated greatly and added a lot of effort to our school activities. Twelve class members are prom servers. The head servers this year are Tim Peterson and Brenda Christensen. The other ten are R. Boruch, C. Conkling, J. Gabel, P. Gustofson, J. Jarmin, D. Kucera, C. Leimser, C. Marak, R. Urban, and S. Watts. The alternates are T. Johansen and C. Hof-bauer. Carolyn Hennings Chris Hofbauer Julie Jarmin Terri Johansen Susan Jones Joseph Kaczor It is the green freshmen’s place to take the dirty jobs, the end of the bench, the last jersey, the clean up jobs, and so on. This year’s group accepted their place meekly and eagerly awaited the opportunity to pass these duties to somebody else! 14
