Graduating Class of 1975 Graduation 1975 May 22, 1975 marked a stepping stone for the class of '75. Led by juniors Vicki Augustine and Ron Jones, the 50 seniors marched in to the graduation ceremony. Other ushers included Chris Kresha, Marilyn Potter, Sue Throckmorton, Rich Hayes, Doug Peterson, and Rob Sterup. Speeches on the accomplishments of the class were given by Valedictorian, Rachel Bachenberg and Salutator-ian. Sue Lemp. Guest speaker Jerry A. Lee spoke on What is real, true, and good. Musi cal selections were provided for by the Girls' Trio singing Brian's Song and the Senior singing group, New Horizons, with My Way . Diplomas were presented by Richard Watts, President of the school board. The class is leaving behind many friends but looking forward to the new ones yet to come. Juniors Eager tc Harry Lees Realty Jane Gabel Dave Herrmann Joyce Jacobsen Steve Johnston Ron Jones Vicki Kucera Pam Marak Kevin Marsh Buddy Mautz Patty McGimpsey Doug Peterson Marilyn Potter The Junior class came into the year with a financial problem. The problem being slim financial statis. After the election of officers, they immediately began planning possible moneymaking ventures. A chili feed was held which combined hard work, money making and a lot of fun. The beautifully performed class play, I Never Saw Another Butterfly directed by Mrs. Scheele was a smashing success which brought tears to the eyes of the audience. The rest of the needed money was obtained from a Christmas bake sale and various concession stands. The class sponsors; Mrs. Hubbard, Mrs. Scheele, and Mr. Valentine gave the class outstanding support. All in all, the Junior class of 1915 is comprised of enthusiastic, hardworking individuals who are a credit to O. H. S. Tammi Becker Susan Bryan Irene Davis C. J. Dunn
